 Adonis & Abbey Consults is seeking a dynamic Business Development Director to lead our new data-driven consultancy firm launching in August 2026

 

 About the Role

Adonis & Abbey Consults, a knowledge-driven consultancy arm of Adonis & Abbey Publishers, is looking for a young and dynamic Business Development Director for the firm, which will be launched in August 2026. By leveraging the intellectual capital of the parent company’s 40 highly respected international academic journals in diverse fields - from the social and natural sciences, arts and humanities, engineering and technology to the medical sciences - the firm will offer data-driven consultancy services across Africa and global markets.

Key Requirements

·         Experience: At least three years as an academic researcher, at least mid-level staff in a major corporation or consultant to major organisations.

·         Education: Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.

·         Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

·         Traits: Young, dynamic, and highly driven to achieve results.

Compensation & Start Date

·         Remuneration: Negotiable and commensurate with experience and KPI delivery.

·         Start Date: Immediate.
