Call for papers

African Journal of Human Resources, Marketing and Organisational Studies 

The African Journal of Human Resources, Marketing and Organisational Studies is calling for papers for its December 2025 issue. The journal journal aims to publish scholarly articles on the latest developments in the field of organisational studies especially as it relates to African scholarship. The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles as well as conceptual and theoretical scholarly articles on all areas of human resources, marketing, and other sub-fields of organisational studies. The journal adheres to a rigorous double-blind reviewing policy in which the identities of both the reviewers and authors are concealed from both parties. 

The scope includes: 

•All fields and sub fields of Human Resources, including strategic HRM, sustainable HRM, international HRM, human capital management, training and development, talent management practices, knowledge management, diversity and inclusion, workplace democracy, performance management and rewards, people data, people analytics, and employment relations. 

•All fields and subfields of Marketing including strategic marketing, supply-chain management, sustainable marketing, digital marketing, consumer behaviour, international marketing, and other marketing domains. 

•All fields and sub fields of  organisational studies including organisational behaviour, organisational culture, organisational learning and development, organisational psychology, organisational theory and practice, strategic change management, business process improvement, total quality management, leadership practices, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable consumption and production for organisational effectiveness and sustainable development in Africa.
