I also wish to thank all authors and contributors to this issue. This edition reflects the growing diversity and depth of research in our field. Within these pages you will find a wide range of scholarship - from case study and cross-sectional studies, to narrative review of literature, as well as systematic reviews and meta-analysis. This variety speaks to the richness of the work being done and the high standards we continue to uphold. 

I am especially proud of the effort and dedication shown by everyone involved in bringing this issue to publication. Each manuscript represents countless hours of research, revision, and peer review.

As we continue to evolve, we are delighted to see our journal attracting more authors, more contributors, and a wider readership. This growth motivates us to maintain quality while expanding scope, and we look forward to building on this momentum in future issues.
